This CAP Barbell plate is a quality piece. The 12-sided design is great because it won't roll away when leaned against a wall. The rubber coating is thick and quiet. However, at $18 for a single 2.5 lb plate, it's expensive compared to standard plates. The 2-inch hole fits my Olympic bar perfectly. If you're building an Olympic set and want matching plates, it's nice, but budget-wise you can find cheaper per pound.
